Travel Fitness tips


Lots of folks are on the road traveling this summer. If you are stopping at a hotel, chances are that there’s a pool and/ or a gym so you can continue your workout routine.
At some of the larger resorts, there are posted schedules of available fitness classes such as yoga, zumba, or water aerobics. These workouts encourage all guests to join in the fun in a group setting. Ask about these classes when making your next reservation and get energized!
